Reimagine Designs is a full-service interior design firm that designs residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. Our projects take careful planning, skill, experience and extensive education. We align with clients that value an investment in the relationship we are about to embark upon. We are known for timeless, quality design that exudes quiet confidence.
Based out of New Brunswick, our team has designed numerous projects across our Provinces, which has lead us to develop and refine a seamless process to help our clients navigate each step. We collaborate from the floor plan development, interior drawings, cabinetry, finishes, and selections: through furniture, window treatments and styling.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF!
Your very first step in the design process is to help us get to know you better! Fill out the form by clicking below and tell us a little bit more about you and your project. Once we receive your information, we will schedule a time for us to chat!
We are so excited to get to know you, your space, and the dreams you have for it! During our 1-hour, $150 consultation, we will do just that. Let’s meet, share ideas, and get started! Once we have met and are familiar with your project, style, and dreams for your space, we will send you a custom design agreement that includes pricing and the scope of work for your review!
This is where the fun begins! We present a comprehensive overview which includes mood and design boards, detailed drawings, 3D renderings and a budget to help you visualize the design and concept of your home.
WE’VE GOT THE DETAILS COVERED
Once we get the green light on your design, the ordering of products and materials begins. This can be done by us, you, or your builder. Each design is different and this part of our process is unique to you.
LIVE IT & LOVE IT
Building, styling, implementing... All the details have come together and now it's time to enjoy your new space!
How long does the design process take?
Each project is unique and dependent on many variables. How big or small is the project? Are there any special order pieces? Are all contractors and subs ready to go? Are permits and plans ready? We can help determine the design process in further detail once we’ve met and determined the scope.
How much do design services cost?
Our design fee is project specific and is often priced by scope. Some design services will be billed at our hourly rate of $150/hr.
do you design outside of new brunswick?
We do! If it’s a good fit, we travel! If it’s sunny and hot with accommodations, at the right time of year… we can negotiate, lol. Canada is COLD, brrr!
do we need our own contractor?
Reimagine Designs does not hire contractors for projects. However, we do have several we recommend and love to work with. If you do not have a contractor you are currently working with, we would happily refer!
How big or small of projects do you take on?
We take projects of all sizes, from single bathroom remodels, to restaurants, to 9,000 square foot homes!
How soon can we start?
Once you have filled out our questionnaire, we will review and inform you of our next project start date availability. If that works with your project timeline, we will then set up a design consultation!
do you purchase items and materials, or do we?
Both! We work our design agreements to do both. It all depends on your needs and the scope of the project.
what is your consultation fee?
Our one hour consultation is $150+tax.
where do you shop for furniture?
Our favourite question! We have an amazing 1,700 sq ft showroom that offers both quality and unique furniture and décor pieces. We also have trade accounts with amazing vendors.
what is involved in a consult?
We use this hour to really get to know you, your project, and how you see yourself using the space. We chat through timeline, scope, budget, styles, and your desires, hopes and dreams for the space. It is really our time to get to know you and your time to get to know us, while introducing us to your space. Please note, there is no design advise given during the consult.
are you accredited designers?
In order to become an interior designer in Canada, you must meet the standards recognized by Interior Designers of Canada and its nine provincial regulatory bodies. These standards include specific education, experience and examination requirements.
